During the first appointment, Dr. Weisenberg will try to acquaint you with any problems and what to expect in terms of cost for corrective procedures. If you have dental insurance that may include orthodontic benefits, please bring an insurance form or identification card with you.

If the doctor feels that treatment is indicated, records will be taken to enable a proper diagnosis to be made and a treatment program to be outlined. These records include study models of the upper and lower teeth, photographs of facial and oral structures, and an intra-oral diagnosis. If done, a charge will be made for this diagnostic information. Additionally, the Doctor will refer you to an independent dental x-ray laboratory for a series of specialized orthodontic x-rays.
