This 20 year old patient exhibits a Class III type malocclusion with crowding and an underbite of the front teeth. He has an open bite and closes down only on his back first and second molars. His back teeth are in crossbite on both the right and left sides.

He was treated with full upper and lower braces and upper and lower jaw surgeries to correct his bite. Figures 1-3 show a normal Class I occlusion with proper overbite and overjet and the correction of the crossbites of the back teeth.
