This 21 year old patient exhibits a Class III type of malocclusion with lack of overbite ( Fig 1 ) and a crossbite of the back teeth ( Fig 2 and Fig 3 ).

She was treated with full upper and lower braces along with with upper and lower jaw surgeries to correct the bite. Note the significant improvement in overall facial balance.
